WE DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
If you've filled out a form or have messaged us directly please allow up to 48 hours for any inquires , questions, or concerns to be responded to. All messages and emails sent outside of our business hours will be sent at an appropriate time.
RUSH SERVICES
If you're interested in rush services please DM and or email us directly with the service of interest as well as "Rush Service" in the subject margin. Rush Service time frames will vary based on what you need and how fast you need it.
Refunds/Cancellations
We do not offer refunds for any service that has been purchased and please understand we have rights to all designs meaning we are allowed to promote any design purchased (if you're not comfortable with us releasing a specific design feel free to notify us directly).
Revisions
All services will get 3 revisions (meaning three changes on the design). After 3 changes have been made a $25 fee per revision will be applied. Please be as specific as possible when requesting changes.
**It's the clients responsibility to read all of our terms conditions/ policies prior to purchasing. Once you have purchased you have agreed to the policies we have set. ***
