PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

IF YOU SET A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WITH THE CEO AND WE CAN’T REACH YOU OR FINAL PAYMENT ISN'T PLACED . YOUR SERVICES ARE CANCELED AND ANY FUNDS YOU PUT UP WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO THIS VIOLATION. YOU HAVE 1 TIME TO MESS UP WITH US BEFORE YOUR BLOCKED AND NOT ALLOWED TO BOOK IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA ETIQUETTE:

WE HAVE A 24-48 HOUR GRACE PERIOD ON RESPONSES . DO NOT DOUBLE MESSAGE US VIA DM WE RESPOND WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER. OUR RESPONSE TIMES WILL ONLY BE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9-5 MONDAY-FRIDAY. (WEEKENDS ARE OPTIONAL) EMAILS CAN BE SENT ANYTIME FOR SERIOUS CONCERNS AND PURCHASE RELATED ISSUES OR LARGE INQUIRIES. 

 

REFUNDS: 

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON BECAUSE WE REQUIRE COMPENSATION FOR ANY WORK/EFFORT THAT WE PUT IN! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVING AT ALL (please make sure you will like to work with us because no refunds will be giving after payment is received ) If you've purchased a class and ask for a refund  it will not be refunded you will have to take the class. However, for services our goal is to not stop working with you until you are completely satisfied with the concepts that we have provided to you unless the conversation gets shifted in a legal direction (for any reason). PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ATTEMPT OR ASK FOR A REFUND YOU WILL BE BLOCKED AND WILL NO LONGER HAVE THE OPTION TO VIEW OUR PAGE OR  PURCHASE ANY FUTURE SERVICES.

Also, while it may be a little inconvenient for some (and we do apologize for that in advance), our preferred method of contact is by email info@yelshaluxedesigns.com  (not through social media messages, and not through phone calls).  We have our reasons for this, and we will not stray away from our policies (unless it is at our own discretion).  However, if this does not work for you (and we completely understand), then we encourage you to seek graphic design assistance from a company whose policies are more in line with your needs.

 

For clients and companies placed on contract for the contract to be solidified you must have all details and information in at least 3-4 days before due date. 

 

REVISIONS- An additional $25 is charged after 3 revisions. Revisions include ANY CHANGE made to a site, logo, business card or flyer service.(SMALL CHANGES AND BIG CHANGES IF WE HAVE TO ADJUST ANYTHING) 

If prior to you finalizing any service, you "disappear" for longer than 3 months without keeping regular communication with us, you will forfeit your service & any money paid. 

Service cannot be transferred to one service to another once we have started working.  In other words, if we have put in work on a logo and you decide that you no longer want the logo but would like to apply the credit to another service, we will not do that. However, if we have yet to start working on your logo service and you decide that you would like to switch services, then we can definitely do that for you (just let us know asap).

 

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Services expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Services or otherwise contacting us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

Publicly Available Personal Information. We collect first name, maiden name, last name, and nickname; current and former address; phone numbers; email addresses; business phone number; business email; social media; and other similar data. 

Personal Information Provided by You. We collect app usage; and other similar data.

Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:  We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

We use the information we collect or receive:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.

  • To send you marketing and promotional communications. We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time (see the "WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS" below).

  • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

  • Fulfill and manage your orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.

  • To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Services that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial.
